We are offering a day tour to the lovely and historical town of Szentendre, located at the banks of the Danube!

Tour highlights

• You will have an unforgettable day, as we start in the heart of Budapest and go along the Danube towards Szentendre! You will also see some very interesting sights of Hungary's capital as we are also crossing the "communist style" areas of Budapest! We will cross the Danube on a small bridge, you will see a lot of contrasts of Budapest, from modern to old, from commercial stylish to socialist parts!
• Afterwards we will cycle upwards on the side of the Danube, passing by nice little restaurants and bars (yes we will stop for a drink anytime ;-) YOU want and also cross small little forests and villages! We will arrive in Szentendre, a lovely little medieval town with nice little lanes and squares!
• After a short walk around the city we will bike to a real Hungarian Csarda, where we get maybe the best Gulyas of the world, deep-red wine or a fresh draught beer to relax from the trip!
• After a tasteful meal we will take the boat or train back to Budapest or even head on to the baroque city of Vac, which has a lot of churches and the only triumphal arch, located in Hungary!
