Scenic tour to the historical town Szentendre along the blue Danube!

You will have an unforgettable day, as we start in the heart of Budapest and go along the Danube towards Szentendre! You will also see some very interesting sights of Hungary’s capital as we are also crossing the “communist style” areas of Budapest! From Margaret Bridge you will have an amazing view towards the Buda Castle, on Margaret Island you will discover some treasuries and also Óbuda (Old- Buda) will be on our way.

Afterwards we will cycle upwards on the side of the Danube, passing by nice little restaurants and bars (yes we will stop for a drink anytime!) and also cross small little forests and fields. We arrive in Szentendre, a lovely little medieval town with nice little streets and squares, a Mediterranean feeling, colorful shops and 5 churches.

After walk around the town or a tasteful meal we will take the boat or train back (plus Euro 10) to Budapest or even head on to the baroque city of Vác, which has a lot of churches and the only triumphal arch, located in Hungary!
